Unframed
Unframed prints are made using lighter-weight, uncoated classic matte paper:
- Paper Finishing: Matte, smooth, non-reflective surface.
- Paper Weight: 170 gsm (65 lb), thickness: 0.19 mm (7.5 mils), sturdy and durable.
- Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified or equivalent for sustainability.
Framed
Wooden framed posters are printed on heavyweight white matte paper with a smooth, luxurious finish:
- Ready-to-hang: Includes hanging kit, ready to hang directly on the wall.
- Frame Material: Durable pine wood.
- Frame Measurements: 20-25mm (0.79"-0.98") thick, 10-14mm (0.4"-0.6") wide.
- Paper Weight: 200 gsm (80 lb), thickness: 0.22 mm (8.7 mils).
- Paper Finishing: Matte, smooth, non-reflective surface.
- Protection: Shatterproof plexiglass protects the poster.
- Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified materials or equivalent.

Returns and Refunds
All orders are fulfilled by Gelato, which is a print-on-demand company. This means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered, so returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.
Quality Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products please email us within 14 days of receiving them, providing a clear photo showing the issue. We will refer the issue to Gelato who will investigate the problem and if their quality assurance team validates your claim, they will send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. If you can’t wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out and they’ll give you a refund instead.
Colour Consistency
Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency, and final result, e.g. machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned. Colour variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product, Gelato will cover the costs of a new order.
Lost Orders Policy
For packages lost in transit, please get in touch within 20 days from the estimated delivery date. Gelato will be happy to send a replacement.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect address or an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you wish to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Rejected by the Recipient
If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed
If you are not able to receive their order at the stated address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
